Ryo stood up on top of a giant plateau it was 2 miles up and about 3 miles all the way around it had a oasis in the middle the oasis was good sized and seem to be refreshing,
Ryo stood with his great sword out doing a few moves here and there,there was smashed rocks all over,scorched areas,and a few spot of dried blood.

Ai finally climbed over the edge of the plateau. she wiped a few beads of sweat off her brow before untying the quarterstaff that had been strapped to her back as she climbed. She looked around before seeing Ryo in the distance and walking toward him.

ryo smirked " good, for starters 500 push up,250 curls,and 700 punches on that" he points to a giant granite rock," begin!"he yells and pulls out a flask takes a sip, he swings his sword a a large rock making it flat on top he jumped up and sits on top and watchs Ai

"Ok." Ai replied, suprised at the amount of work she was in for. She sat her quarterstaff dowen next to her while she began her pushups.

Ryo smirked" wrong!" he tossed a small rock toward Ai," but your close,it all you physical attributes strength stamina speed,all of those out together,plus you spirit the energy in for body you must train it ,make your self the master of it" he said and took another sip from the flask

Ryo took another sip from his flask and watched Ai, takes out a small book and a pencil and flips through it, he then begin to write while glancing at Ai,he then stop puts it away and take out Make-out paradise and begins to read it

In a few minutes, ai finished with her pushups. She turned over and began her curls, using a yoga-like breathing pattern, she had lerned long ago that proper breathing patterns help reserve energy.

Ryo once in a while glaced at Ai *good she not completly un trained,she has some skills but that alone will not help,she must be prepared for any thing and must be ready to kill......ooooo*he thought to him self reading his book

Ai finished her curls quickly before walking apprehensively to the granite rock. She steps quickly into the proper position before begining to punch the stone. The stone pillar shot pain through her knuckles, but she refused to let this show, instead making her punches lighter and faster.
